APPETIZERS

  • PANZANELLA SALAD

    Arugula, capers, focaccia bread, grape tomatoes,
    gorgonzola crumbles and white balsamic dressing.

  • PESTO HUMMUS

    House made hummus with extra virgin olive oil and pesto. Served with pita bread and sliced cucumbers.

  • HOUSE-SMOKED FISH DIP

    House smoked salmon spread served with crostinis.

ENTREES

  • NEW YORK STRIP ($40)

    12 oz New York Strip, seasoned and cooked to your liking with a cognac peppercorn cream sauce. Served with whipped potato and asparagus.

  • SESAME SALMON ($30)

    Seared fresh salmon finished with a sesame ginger peanut sauce. Served with sautéed cabbage,
    carrots, snow peas and soba noodles. Drizzled with a sweet soy reduction and chopped peanuts.

  • SHRIMP & GRITS ($30)

    Gulf white shrimp, chorizo sausage and scallions in a sweet corn broth. Served with Wisconsin cheddar cheese grits and candied jalapeños.
