• Local Food Sourcing - LOCAL SOURCE OF THE MONTH:  DANKIN DAIRY
• In 2010 - thus far, Sharky's has recycled over 10,000 bottles
• Switch to reusable cups - Sharky's sends 50% less waste to the dumpster
• Reducing watt usage - especially during turtle season (May 1st to Oct 31st)
• Reducing paper + trash - straws are no longer served w drinks on the deck
• Sharky's recycled 30% more cardboard over last year
